Approximately 30 cm long and weighing 3 kg, this block of hard limestone has rounded edges and two very smooth faces. It can therefore be considered a pebble, even if in everyday language we would consider a pebble to be a smaller and lighter stone. Its even surface and the fluidity of its shape make it an exceptional object in the context of the site. There is no doubt that the pebble was deliberately chosen.

On the front face, a reddened area near the left edge indicates that the pebble was exposed to fire.
