Reindeer Pendant

A rocky pendant in the southern part of the Skull Chamber is decorated on both sides. On the one facing Hillaire Chamber, we can see a young reindeer drawn with charcoal, destroyed by heavy finger scratches, on top of which a finger-traced horse head and a mammoth are superimposed. Traces of red paint appear to pre-date the brocket. On the other side several animals are depicted, including a reindeer that has also been erased by scraping. These two sides correspond to the black drawings from the earliest phase of the decoration.
