On the second level of the Megaloceros Gallery, two small panels face each other at head height. On the left-hand wall can be seen the profile of a feline facing left and a vulvar sign similar to those on the panel opposite. The incisions may have been made with the fingers or with a sharp object. Bear clawmarks have preceded the drawings. It appears that the surface of the limestone has suffered significant biochemical alteration which has enabled the creation of relatively deep engravings in a plastified material.
